Konstantza works to build a Rhythmic Gymnastics program at competitive and recreational level.

Besides being responsible for the Aerobic Gymnastics development in the United States with seniors and youth athletes, Konstantza has been part of the Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team Coach staff of the United States since 2013.

Konstantza is an internationally renowned coach with great expertise in the technical and the artistic aspect of gymnastics.
